Antonis Ventouris
Co-Founder
Having spent 8 years in a performance agency, 4 of which in iProspect Greece as a Performance Marketing Director, where he worked with numerous large multinational clients, Antonis co-founded Outperform in 2018 and has a strong focus on its data, Google Ads and SEO/CRO offering. His background is in Business Administration and Strategic Marketing, with a focus on quantitative research and a huge love for data analysis and visualization.
Dimitris Boukas
Co-Founder
Dimitris has a BSc in Marketing Management and a MSc Degree in Digital Marketing. Having spent 1 year in a traditional advertising company, he joined iProspect Greece as a Performance Marketing Intern and rose up to the position of Performance Marketing Team Leader with a team of 4 executives. Dimitris co-founded Outperform in 2018 focusing mainly on Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
Michael Charalampous
Co-Founder
Michael is a seasoned Performance Marketing professional, helping e-com businesses grow for more than 5 years. Being highly specialized on Facebook Network’s advertising products, he has managed to instigate himself as one of the most knowledgeable agents in this domain. Since founding Outperform, he has been leading the team’s Paid Social growth strategies, contributing in the development of numerous multi-million dollar businesses.
Aris Voulgaris
Co-Founder
As a marketing professional, Aris has assumed multiple cross-functional roles on both brand and agency side scenarios, contributing to multiple global brands’ growth. He joined Outperform in 2019 bringing along his diversified outlook of the digital marketing ecosystem and currently defines and executes multichannel performance marketing strategies for its clients.
